Hudsonview's skilled nursing program provides high caliber medical, nursing and therapeutic intervention including I.V. therapy, enteral feeding, wound care, pain management and education. We provide patients, families and their insurers with an extremely cost-efficient alternative to long-term hospitilization.
A dedicated staff of trained, licensed physicial, occupational and speech therapists provide all the necessary care to bring each patient to their highest level of physical and emotional well-being. In continuing the Hudsonview philosophy of independence, residents are reviewed to ensure that each achieves optimum outcomes as safely and quickly as possible.

Physical Therapy is designed to increase individual strength, range of motion and cognitive-perceptual motor skills. Partients are placed in a program to increase their functionality and enhance their quality of life.
Occupational Therapy plays a significant role in enhancing independent funtioning for our residents. These specialists analyze, design and adapt specific tasks or equipment to maximize performance.
Our Speech and Language Pathologists carefully review the patients' ability to speak and swallow. There are specific aides and guides that can be taught to improve communication skills following an illness or injury.
